Overview

TeamViewer is a company, which provides remote access solutions/software. They have old operational systems named as OAL (Old Application Landscape) based on a subscription model and want to switch on Microsoft Dynamics D365 solution named as NAL (New Application Landscape). To support their online customers they also using an application developed in .Net technologies and launched worldwide, due to performance and scalability issue they also decide this to switch with the Magento e-commerce platform. To land real-time transactions into back-office systems NAL (D365-F&O) they need an integration middleware/solution and CommerceLink implementation resolve their integration problem.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzed business processes and functional requirements, required for design and development.
  • Perform Fit/Gap analysis between source/Magento Commerce and destination/D365 F&O operations to identify the suitable solutions
  • Design integration solutions with OOB and customizations in D365-F&O, Magento features and 3rd party applications
  • Technical architect design & decisions directly with client as on-site lead
  • Design & Develop Microsoft Dynamics D365-F&O HQ and Retail Server custom extensions to fulfil client’s business requirements
  • Implement CommerceLink OOB feature to support integration
  • Design and develop custom part of integrations for CommerceLink product w.r.t. TeamViewer business requirements
  • Multi-lingual integration support
  • Implement business flows (Merchandising, Catalog, Pricing, Discounts, Source Code, Coupons, Affiliations, Customer, Contact Person, Contract Creation, License Management, Contract Management, Invoice Management, Quotation Management, Online Payments, Customer Portal and much more)
  • PSP (Payment Service Providers) integration (Wire Card, PayPal, Allpago, Ayden)
  • Partners Integrations with market places (Apple-InAppPurchase, Ingram)
  • Subscription model contracts integration between e-commerce and D365-F&O
  • Customer Portal solution design and development to support B2C scenarios
  • Deliver BR-1.0 and successful production for two countries
  • Roll out BR-1.0 solution for 9 more countries
  • Analyzed business processes and functional requirements for BR-2.0 & BR-3.0
  • Design for Global Roll-out for 236 counties all over the world and shrink it to 60 rollouts based on regions
