Overview
Coldwater Creek is a US-based Apparel Company and has a lot of products/variants in the market. They are mainly retailers of apparel and accessories products. They have 8 retail stores and an eCommerce platform. We have enabled omnichannel features in the D365 F&O channel (Call Center, Retail Store, and Online site) by implementing CommerceLink.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzed business processes and functional requirements, which were required for design and development.
- Perform Fit/Gap analysis between source and destination operations to identify suitable solution
- Design integration solution with OOB and customizations in D365-F&O and Magento features.
- Technical architect design & decisions directly with client as on-site lead
- Design & Develop Microsoft Dynamics D365-F&O Retail Server custom extensions to fulfil client’s business requirements
- Payment Service Providers (PSP) Integration
- Implement CommerceLink OOB feature to support integrations
- Design and develop custom part of integrations for CommerceLink product.
