Overview
MattressFirm is a US-based mattress manufacturing company and leading in new products/variants in the market. They are mainly manufacturing the mattress and their accessories. They are doing upgrades from Dynamics AX 2012 R3 to Dynamics D365 F&O project with Microsoft and parallel replacing Salesforce Commerce (Demandware) platform with D365 Commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Architect of D365 Commerce end-to-end implementation as Microsoft partner from Visionet platform.
- Analyzed business processes and functional requirements, which were required for design and development.
- Perform Discovery phase for Fit/Gap analysis between D365 Commerce Platform OTB features and business requirements
- Technical architect design & decisions directly with the client as an on-site resource.
- Solution designing for D365 F&O HQ and Commerce customizations and 3rd party applications integration.
- Develop D365 Retail Server custom extensions to fulfil client’s business requirements.
- Solution designing and D365 connectors development for Payment Service Provider and Fraud protection services
- Enablement of custom ATP (real-time inventory) Azure solution for D365 Commerce in Hybrid approach for AX-2012-R3 and D365 F&O ERPs/markets.
- Analysis of all current integrations with Salesforce Commerce/Demandware and provide the alternate solution for D365 Commerce
