Overview
Mattress Firm is a US based company and they sell mattresses & accessories. Mattress Firm own more than 4000 brick-and-motor stores and 8 online portals. They were using Microsoft Dynamics AX-2012 R3 to maintain their back office operations e.g. merchandising, inventory control, shipping and customer engagement and wants to integrate their online platforms, Demand Ware solution. CommercLink plays a role of middle ware and integrate both AX-2012 and Demand Ware.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzed business processes and functional requirements, which were required for design and development.
- Perform Fit/Gap analysis between source and destination operations to identify suitable solution.
- Design integration solution with OOB and customizations in Dynamics AX-2012 R3 and Demand Ware features.
- Technical architect design & decisions directly with client.
- Design & Develop Microsoft Dynamics AX-7 Retail Server custom extensions to fulfil client’s business requirements.
- Implement CommercLink for 8 online stores.
- Partners Integrations with market places (Amazon Service).
- Implement business flows (Merchandising, Catalog, Pricing, Discounts, Coupons, Rebate Discount, Inventory, ATP & ATS service, Customer, SalesOrder Creation, Shipping and Order Tracking).
- Implement CommerceLink OOB feature to support integrations.
- Design and develop custom part of integrations for CommerceLink product.
